By accessing or using SynthBylt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
SynthBylt provides an AI-powered website generation tool. We generate HTML pages based on your text descriptions using third-party AI models including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini, and xAI Grok.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You may not share your account credentials with others.
You may not use SynthBylt to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You own the HTML and content generated through your prompts. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the generated output. We do not claim ownership of your generated websites.
When you share a page publicly, you grant SynthBylt a license to display that page in our gallery. You can delete shared pages at any time through the share settings.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
SynthBylt is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated content. AI-generated websites may contain errors — always review before publishing.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
