We collect: your email address and name when you sign in with Google; prompts you submit to generate websites; websites you choose to share publicly; usage statistics (number of generations, models used).
We use your data to: provide and improve the service; process your subscription payments via Stripe; send important account notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) to generate website content. Please review their respective privacy policies. We do not use your prompts to train our models.
Your projects and generated websites are stored in our database hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Data is stored in the EU. We retain your data as long as your account is active.
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent login.
You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; export your data. To exercise these rights, go to Settings or email us.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This permanently deletes your profile, projects, generations, and shared pages. This action cannot be undone.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure session management. However, no system is 100% secure.
SynthBylt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
